Registering an account
1. Do I need to register in order to purchase?
Yes, Modish Wardrobe would require you to register with us before any purchase can be made. Registration is easy and free of charge.
2. How do I register an account?
You can simply click on “Register” on the top right hand corner or click here to register.
3. What are the benefits of registration?

4. What if I forget my password?
You can click here if you have forgotten your password. Alternatively, simply click on “Request Password” on the top right hand corner.
5. How do I change information in my account profile?
Simply log in to your account and you are able to change/update your profile.
Modish Wardrobe Online Store
1. How do I shop online?
You simply just need to select the product which you want to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”.
Once you have completed adding all your orders to your shopping cart, you click on “Show Cart” on the left panel. When you are viewing the item(s) in your shopping cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart and then click on the two opposite arrows icon (Update Quantity In Cart) to recalculate the modified order.
You may also remove item(s) by clicking on the trash bin icon (Delete Product from Cart).
Once you are all ready to check out with the item(s) in your shopping bag, click on “checkout” button. Following that, if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “New Customer” to sign up for a new account. If you are a registered user, simply log on using your username and password that you created for that account.
If you have never purchase from us before, once you are logged on, please proceed to fill in the necessary shipping and billing information and click on “Next” button to proceed to the next step.
If you have purchased an item from us before, welcome back to our website! Do take some time to check/ update your mailing address before clicking on “Next” button.
At the end of the checkout process, you should receive an order processing email from us. Modish Wardrobe will send you a delivery confirmation email on the day we ship out your order. You can track your order by logging into your account tab.
If you are a local customer choosing payment via Internet Banking/ Bank Transfer (via ATM), kindly proceed to make payment within 24 hours. Let us know your transfer reference number via email (

2. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept both Master and Visa Credit and Debit Cards via PayPal. All transaction charges are fully absorbed by Modish Wardrobe to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
3. Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No, you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your orders.
4. Will my information be kept private?
Modish Wardrobe will have no information relating to your credit card details. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with Modish Wardrobe. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal.
5. What other payment methods do you accept?
We accept Payment Policy for Internet Banking or Bank Transfer (via ATM)
Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment only. As Modish Wardrobe carries limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us. Please make payment to:

After which, you will need to inform us, via email, the Transaction Date & Bank Transfer details and Reference Number.
Once your payment has been accepted and is reflected on Modish Wardrobe's OCBC or POSB bank account statement, you will receive a second e-mail to notify you about the shipment details. Orders received on a Singapore public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that orders will be sent within 1 to 3 working days from the acknowledgement of payment receipt, unless express delivery is requested.
Please note that orders with incomplete information may result in delay of delivery.
6. How can I track my order?
Logon to your account tab. Click on order Information to view all your past purchase(s) or check your order status to track your order.
7. Am I able to change my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.
8. How do I use the promotional code/ coupon code?
Simply enter the promotional code/ coupon code before checkout. You will be able to see the adjusted price on your shopping cart after entering the code.
Product Information
1. Can you provide more information about your products?
Modish Wardrobe will provide as much information on our products in terms description, measurements, fabric and material information. We will also provide a wide ray of images for you to aid your shopping experience.
However, if you have additional questions, you can simply click on “ Ask a question about this product” which is available on each product page.
Shipping
1. Shipping details
Modish Wardrobe parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office. Orders received on a Sunday and Singapore public holiday will be processed the next working day.
2. FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS
Modish Wardrobe will process all orders with registered mails unless you request for postage under standard mail.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Delivery time is within 1 to 3 business days from the day of mail-out.
What is the shipping cost for registered mail in Singapore?
The charge for registered mail is SGD 2.24* Singapore Post assume liability.
Can I request for Local courier service ?
Yes. We will deliver your goods via Local Courier should you request it. This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent orders and/or for orders that exceed 2KG in weight.
What is the shipping cost of Local Courier in Singapore?
The minimum charge is SGD9.15. You will receive your order(s) within the same day or the next working day depending on the booking time.

3. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders will be sent by air parcel or worldwide courier services.
What are the charges for International Orders?
International delivery charges are dependent on the shipping method, total weight and destination.

The current Maximum Order Weight for International Weight is 5kg. For both local and international orders, Modish Wardrobe will not be responsible for deliveries lost in transition. However, we are partnered with a reputable delivery service provider to ensure quality service for you.

Returns & Exchanges
1. I have received a defected item, can I do an exchange?
Modish Wardrobe items have been carefully selected to meet your satisfaction. However, should the item you have ordered possess any manufacturer-default, we will proceed with the exchange of your purchase. Modish Wardrobe only accepts returns on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be offered for a replacement of lower value.
The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. I have ordered the wrong size, can I make an exchange?
Yes, however exchange of size is only allowed for full price items or non discounted items.
Items may be exchanged only for size should the item you purchased did not fit. Modish Wardrobe only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and which are in their original packaging. If possible, please include an alternative as we may have sold out your first choice. If your first choice has been sold out, you may select another style for replacement. No refund will be offered for a replacement of lower value. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference.
